SalesDrive and pickup rate: fewer refusals on COD parcels
You manage orders in SalesDrive, but refusals happen at the Nova Poshta branch. Rampo helps managers follow up on parcels waiting at branches and shows how many were collected because of it.
- Works via the Nova Poshta API today
- Refusals by product and UTM — after integration
- Free 35-day pilot
−UAH 16,800/mo
example calculation: shipping losses on 168 refusals
Integration status: a direct SalesDrive integration is in development. We are not an official SalesDrive partner. The pickup-rate audit, call list and reminders already work via Nova Poshta — they don’t need SalesDrive data.
Where a SalesDrive shop loses money on refusals
A CRM organises order processing well: the manager accepts, confirms, ships. But after shipping, a cash-on-delivery parcel lives its own life in Nova Poshta. The buyer has 5 days of free storage, not counting the delivery day — then the parcel either goes into paid storage or goes back.
Those 5 days decide whether the parcel is collected. And that is exactly where many shops have no system: managers call about parcels at branches when they have time, and nobody measures the result.
The free pickup-rate audit shows how many refusals your shop has and what they cost in hryvnias. What a refusal is and why it happens — in the article uncollected parcels.

What the SalesDrive integration will add
Nova Poshta sees the parcel but not the order behind it. Once SalesDrive is connected (via API or CSV export — whichever is easier), Rampo will be able to show refusals broken down by SalesDrive data:
- pickup rate by product and category;
- pickup rate by ad source and UTM tags;
- pickup rate by delivery region;
- a weekly “how much we saved you” report.
These are refusal analytics features — marked “soon” because they are still in development.
SalesDrive pickup rate in numbers: an example calculation
To decide whether this is worth doing, count hryvnias, not percentages.
Example calculation: a shop sends 1,200 COD parcels a month with an 86% pickup rate — 168 refusals. UAH 80 shipping plus UAH 20 packaging means at least UAH 16,800 in losses a month on shipping alone (up to UAH 30,240 if returns are paid). Separately — UAH 42,840 of lost margin with an average order of UAH 850 and a 30% margin.
The hypothesis we test in the pilot: reminders and systematic calling add about +3.5 pp to the pickup rate. For this shop that is ≈ UAH 14,600 of benefit a month against an Auto plan cost of ≈ UAH 3,840. But it is a hypothesis — only a control group will show the real number for your shop.
How to start
Audit
Upload an export from the Nova Poshta account for 60 days, keeping 4 columns: shipping date, status, COD amount, shipping cost.
Decision
If you send 300+ COD parcels a month and the losses are noticeable — we invite you to a free pilot.
Pilot
Offer and processing agreement, a separate Nova Poshta API key, a call list for managers. Result with the control group on day 35.
Questions from SalesDrive shops
Do I need to configure anything in SalesDrive?
Not now. Everything works via Nova Poshta. Configuration will be needed once the integration for refusal analytics is ready.
Are you an official SalesDrive partner?
No, and we do not claim to be. We plan the integration through the platform’s public capabilities.
Our managers already call about parcels. What changes?
The list makes calling systematic: who first, who has been called, who promised to pick up. And the control group shows how much it adds to the pickup rate.
Do you guarantee fewer refusals?
No. We test the effect in a pilot and show it with a margin of error. If there is no effect, we stop honestly.
Is it suitable for small shops?
The pilot is for shops with 300+ COD parcels a month. The audit is free for everyone.
How much does it cost after the pilot?
List — UAH 2, Auto — UAH 4 per shipment outside the control group, minimum UAH 990 per month. Or pay-for-results — only for extra collected parcels. See pricing.
Why do you need a Nova Poshta API key?
For daily parcel statuses during the pilot. A separate key, only after the agreement, only two read methods, stored encrypted. The audit does not need a key. See data security.
