KeyCRM · integration coming soon

KeyCRM and COD pickup rate: measure what actually works

Your orders live in KeyCRM, and your cash-on-delivery parcels live in Nova Poshta. Rampo already calculates your pickup rate and builds a call list via the Nova Poshta API. The KeyCRM integration will add refusal analytics by product and ad source.

  • Audit and call list — available now
  • We don’t switch off your KeyCRM automations
  • KeyCRM integration — in development

Integration status: a direct KeyCRM integration is in development. We are not an official KeyCRM partner and do not claim to be. Rampo already works with your parcels via the Nova Poshta API — regardless of your CRM.

KeyCRM already sends SMS. Why add anything?

Many shops working in KeyCRM set up buyer messages triggered by delivery status changes. That is useful, but it does not answer every question:

  • Does that message actually increase the pickup rate? Without a control group you cannot tell: the pickup rate rises and falls with the season and ads.
  • What about those who haven’t collected after 2–3 days? A status-based message goes out once, when the parcel arrives. After that the buyer may forget.
  • Which products and campaigns cause the most refusals? The data exists, but matching Nova Poshta statuses with products and UTM by hand is hard.

Rampo does not replace KeyCRM and does not switch off your automations: they keep running for both groups. We add what a CRM does not have — reminders based on the storage period and an honest measurement of pickup-rate uplift against a control group.

KeyCRM, Nova Poshta and refusals: what it costs

In a CRM a refusal often looks like just another order status, and in Nova Poshta like a return. Together they add up to a noticeable sum.

Example calculation: 1,200 COD parcels a month, 86% pickup rate — 168 refusals. With UAH 80 shipping and UAH 20 packaging that is at least UAH 16,800 a month on shipping alone, excluding lost margin. If reminders bring a hypothetical +3.5 pp in pickup rate (we test this in the pilot rather than promise it), the shop’s benefit is about UAH 14,600 a month. Calculate your numbers in the loss calculator.

What already works for a KeyCRM shop today

For daily work Rampo only needs Nova Poshta. So a shop on KeyCRM can start now, without waiting for the integration:

  1. Free pickup-rate audit — an Excel export from the Nova Poshta business account with 4 columns. No API key and no access to KeyCRM.
  2. Call list twice a day — COD parcels waiting at branches, with a one-tap Viber button.
  3. Viber and SMS reminders on day 2 and the day before paid storage — after sender registration.
  4. A pilot with a control group — free, report on day 35.

What the KeyCRM integration will add

Coming soon. We plan to connect via the KeyCRM API or a CSV export.

  • Refusals by product

Pickup rate for each product and category: what is most often left uncollected and where to revisit the description or price.

  • Refusals by UTM

Pickup rate by ad source and campaign from the UTM tags of orders in KeyCRM.

  • Pickup rate by region

A map of pickup rates across Ukrainian regions based on delivery addresses.

  • Weekly report

“How much we saved you”: extra collected parcels and money, with a margin of error.

How a KeyCRM shop gets started

  1. Audit in 1 day

Export shipments for 60 days from the Nova Poshta account, keep 4 columns and upload the file. You get your pickup rate and losses in hryvnias.

  2. Pilot

If you send 300+ COD parcels a month — you sign the offer and processing agreement and create a separate Nova Poshta key. 21 days of shipments + 14 days for outcomes.

  3. Result on day 35

Pickup rate compared with the control group, with a margin of error. Effect confirmed — invoice; no effect — we stop honestly.

  4. Connect KeyCRM

Once the integration is ready, you connect KeyCRM and refusal analytics appears in the dashboard.

Questions from KeyCRM shops

Do you need access to KeyCRM to start?

No. The audit works with a Nova Poshta Excel export, and the call list and reminders with the Nova Poshta API.

Are you an official KeyCRM partner?

No. We plan the integration through KeyCRM’s public capabilities. We do not claim any partnership.

Will our KeyCRM SMS conflict with your reminders?

Your messages keep running for both groups, so we measure the uplift on top of them. We remind only on day 2 and the day before paid storage and only those who have not collected.

When will the KeyCRM integration be ready?

It is in development; we do not promise an exact date. Write to us — we will let you know when it is ready.

How much does it cost?

The pilot is free. Then List — UAH 2, Auto — UAH 4 per shipment outside the control group, minimum UAH 990 per month, or pay-for-results. See pricing.
