List plan

A call list of buyers who have not picked up their parcel yet

Twice a day Rampo collects cash-on-delivery parcels waiting at Nova Poshta branches and parcel lockers and sorts them by storage date. Your manager opens the list on a phone and messages the buyer in Viber with one tap.

  • 09:00 and 15:00 Kyiv time
  • Parcels closest to paid storage first
  • No sender registration — works from day one

2× a day

a fresh list of parcels waiting at branches

Why calling buyers “when there’s time” doesn’t work

In most shops a manager calls about parcels at branches whenever there is time: opens the Nova Poshta account, filters by “Arrived at branch”, copies phone numbers, tries to remember who was already called. At 300–600 COD orders a month that means dozens of parcels every day, and some of them quietly slip into paid storage and return.

The Rampo call list removes the routine: parcels are already selected, sorted and ready to work. The manager is left with the important part — talking to the buyer.

A free pickup-rate audit shows how many of your parcels go uncollected and what it costs in hryvnias.

What’s in the call list

  • Twice a day

At 09:00 and 15:00 Kyiv time Rampo refreshes statuses via the Nova Poshta API. The schedule can be changed for your shop.

  • Only waiting parcels

The list contains cash-on-delivery and payment-control parcels with the status “arrived at branch” or “in parcel locker”. Collected parcels disappear automatically.

  • Sorted by storage date

Parcels that have waited longest and are closest to paid storage are at the top, so the manager acts where the risk is highest.

  • One-tap Viber

A button next to each parcel opens a Viber chat with the buyer on the manager’s phone. No copying numbers.

  • Manager marks

“Reached”, “no answer”, “promised to pick up” — so nobody calls twice and shifts hand over cleanly.

  • Money at risk

Above the list: how many parcels and how much money are uncollected, and how many go into paid storage tomorrow.

Built for the manager’s phone

Managers call buyers from their phones, so the list is designed mobile-first: big buttons, a single column, one-tap marks. Open the list — tap Viber — write — mark — next parcel.

Everything works inside the shop’s authenticated dashboard. Each manager signs in with their own account, and the owner sees how many parcels have been handled.

  • The Viber button opens a chat in the app on the phone
  • Parcel statuses refresh twice a day
  • The whole shop team sees the marks

How a manager works with the list

  1. Opens “Today”

Sees how many parcels are waiting at branches, for what amount, and how many go into paid storage tomorrow.

  2. Messages or calls

Taps the Viber button next to a parcel and reminds the buyer that the order is waiting. A message template can be kept at hand.

  3. Leaves a mark

“Reached”, “no answer” or “promised to pick up”. Next time it is clear who has already been contacted.

  4. Sees the result

Collected parcels drop off the list after statuses refresh, and during the pilot you see the pickup-rate uplift against the control group.

Personal data: the list lives for 2 days

The list contains the buyer’s name and phone — otherwise the manager cannot reach them. So the rules are strict: the list is available only inside your shop’s authenticated dashboard, links carry an unguessable token, and the list itself is deleted after 2 days. Parcel data is kept for no longer than 90 days.

To Telegram we send numbers only: how many parcels are waiting, for what amount and how many go into paid storage. No names, phones or waybill numbers. More on the data security page.

Control group. Parcels of buyers in the control group are not included in the call list — that is how we measure what calling adds on top of your usual work. You do not pay for these parcels. How the control group works.

Questions about the call list

Do I need sender registration for the list?

No. The manager messages the buyer from the shop’s own Viber, so the list works from the first day of the pilot. Automatic Viber and SMS reminders are the separate Auto plan.

Which parcels go into the list?

Cash-on-delivery and payment-control parcels that have arrived at a branch or parcel locker and are not yet collected, except buyers in the control group.

Where does the data come from?

From the Nova Poshta API using a separate key of your shop, only after the offer and data processing agreement are signed. We call only two read methods: shipment list and statuses.

Why is the list deleted after 2 days?

It contains buyers’ personal data. A new one is built twice a day, so the old one is not needed — and should not be lying around.

How much does the call list cost?

The List plan is UAH 2 per shipment outside the control group, minimum UAH 990 per month. The pilot is free. Details on the pricing page.

Can I change the refresh time?

Yes. By default it is 09:00 and 15:00 Kyiv time; the schedule is configurable per shop.
