About
We count your losses in hryvnias and win them back
Rampo is a Ukrainian service for online shops that ship cash-on-delivery parcels via Nova Poshta. We find parcels that can still be saved and honestly measure how much money that brought back.
Why we exist
Ukrainian online shops ship a huge share of orders with cash on delivery or payment control. Typically 8 to 20% of those parcels are never picked up. The shop pays for shipping, packaging and staff time, and the goods drop out of circulation for weeks.
Few people count these losses in hryvnias — they are seen as "just how COD works". Yet a shop with 1,200 COD parcels a month and an 86% pickup rate loses at least 16,800 UAH a month on shipping and packaging alone (example calculation).
We believe part of that money can be recovered with simple things: remind the buyer in time while the parcel is still at the branch, and give the manager a ready list instead of a manual search. We also believe any claim that something "works" must be proven with numbers — so Rampo is built around honest measurement.
Our principles
Honest measurement
Learn moreWe measure impact only against a control group of buyers we deliberately do not remind. We show the difference with its margin of error and draw conclusions only on enough parcels.
Privacy by design
Learn moreThe audit uses no personal data and no API key. Telegram gets numbers only. Call lists live 2 days, parcel data 90 days.
Pay only for results — if you prefer
Learn moreInstead of a fixed plan, pay only for extra parcels picked up, capped at the Auto plan. No effect, no payment.
No guarantees
We do not promise "+20% pickup". Uplift is a hypothesis we test on your parcels. If there is no effect, we say so and stop.
How we handle your data
Customer data is the most sensitive thing a shop has, so our rules are simple and written into the contract.
- The audit needs no key and no personal data. You send an Excel file with only 4 columns: ship date, status, COD amount, delivery cost. A file with any other column is not processed and is deleted immediately.
- An API key only after a contract. We take a Nova Poshta key only after the offer and the personal-data processing agreement are signed, and it must be a separate key.
- Two read methods only. We fetch the shipment list and statuses — nothing else. The key is stored encrypted, and you delete it with one button.
- Minimal data in messengers. Telegram receives aggregated numbers only: how many parcels are waiting and for what amount. No names, phones or waybill numbers.
- Automatic deletion. Call lists after 2 days, parcel data after 90 days.
- Servers in the EU. Hetzner in Germany or Finland, independent of power outages.

Who runs the service
Rampo is developed and operated by a Ukrainian sole proprietor (FOP). We work under a public offer, invoice by bank transfer, and formalise personal-data processing with a separate processing agreement.
We will not talk about "a team of 50 experts" or "10 years on the market". The service is new, and we build trust through a transparent method rather than big words: you see your numbers, our margin of error, and you can stop at any time.
How we start working together
Audit
Free for any shop: your pickup rate and losses in UAH within 1 business day.
Pilot
For shops with 300+ COD parcels a month: 21 days of shipments + 14 days for outcomes, report on day 35.
Decision
Effect confirmed — invoice; too little data — continue free; small effect — pay for results; no effect — we stop.
Rampo is in its pilot stage. We have no case studies yet and will not invent any. We invite the first shops shipping 300+ COD parcels a month to run a free pilot and check together whether reminders work for you. Contact us.
Questions about us
Are you a company or an individual?
The service is run by a Ukrainian sole proprietor (FOP). We work under a public offer and formalise data processing with a processing agreement.
Why are there no reviews or case studies?
The service is in its pilot stage, and we do not publish made-up reviews. Case studies will appear only with real numbers and the shops' permission.
Where is data stored?
On Hetzner servers in the EU (Germany or Finland). Call lists are deleted after 2 days, parcel data after 90 days.
Do you promise a higher pickup rate?
No. We promise to measure the effect honestly against a control group. If there is none, you do not pay for results and we stop.
Can shops outside Ukraine work with you?
For now we work with Ukrainian shops and Nova Poshta. EU countries are planned for later.
Let's start with your numbers
A free audit shows your pickup rate and losses in UAH. No API key, no personal data.
