The cost of Rampo depends on how many cash-on-delivery parcels we track. You pay 2 or 4 UAH per parcel, only for parcels outside the control group, with a minimum of 990 UAH a month. Not sure about the effect? Choose pay-for-results and pay only for extra collected parcels. And you can start with a free pilot.
Price per parcel — for every cash-on-delivery or payment-control parcel outside the control group.

4 UAHper parcel
Everything in List plus automatic buyer reminders in your shop’s name.
6 UAHper parcel
Everything in Auto plus handling serial refusers before shipping. In development.
If you doubt that reminders will add anything to your CRM SMS, choose pay-for-results. You pay 100 UAH for each additionally collected parcel — one collected above the control group’s level.
Monthly bill = uplift rate U × parcels with reminders × 100 UAH. We never compute U from one month of one shop — that would be noise. It comes from the combined pilot results once each group has enough parcels, and it is fixed for a quarter. No uplift — you pay zero.

Here is an example calculation for a shop that sends 1,200 cash-on-delivery parcels a month.
After the pilot, the control group is buyers whose phone number ends in 1 or 3 — about 20%. We track their parcels but do not bill them.
| Bill line | Value |
|---|---|
| COD parcels tracked | 1,200 |
| Of which control group (not billed) | 240 |
| Billed | 960 |
| List plan, 2 UAH × 960 | 1,920 UAH |
| Auto plan, 4 UAH × 960 | 3,840 UAH |
A shop with 400 parcels a month has about 320 billable parcels. On List that is 640 UAH, so the bill is the minimum — 990 UAH.
If the quarterly uplift rate is U = 3.5 pp, the bill = 0.035 × 960 × 100 = 3,360 UAH. That is below the cap (the Auto plan, 3,840 UAH). A lower U means a lower bill; no uplift means 0 UAH.
Under the +3.5 pp hypothesis, such a shop gains ≈ 14,600 UAH a month while Auto costs ≈ 3,840 UAH. This is a hypothesis, and testing it is exactly what the pilot with a control group does. Try your own numbers in the loss calculator.
We track the control group for honest measurement but never bill for it.

Nothing. The pilot lasts 35 days: 21 days of shipments and 14 days for every parcel to reach an outcome. An invoice is only possible after the report, and only if the effect is confirmed.
Per cash-on-delivery or payment-control parcel outside the control group that we track during the month. Control-group parcels are not billed.
You pay 100 UAH only for each extra parcel collected above the control group’s level. The uplift rate is fixed per quarter; the bill is never above the Auto plan and never below 0.
Each shop carries fixed costs: API polling, notifications, support. For shops with 300+ COD parcels a month the minimum is rarely noticeable.
Reminders are included in Auto. The shop registers its own SMS sender name and Viber sender with the provider — check the provider’s terms and fees.
Yes. To stop the service, just delete the API key with one click. To change plans, write to us — we’ll switch from the next billing month.
We offer the pilot and plans from 300 COD parcels a month — at lower volumes the effect is hard to tell apart from chance. The free audit is open to everyone.
The audit shows your pickup rate and how many hryvnias a month you lose on refusals. Then decide whether you need a pilot.
