Step by step, no magic

How Rampo works: a call list, buyer reminders and honest measurement

Twice a day Rampo checks the status of your Nova Poshta shipments, builds a call list of parcels waiting at branches for your managers, and sends automatic parcel reminders to buyers who haven’t collected yet. A control group then shows how many parcels were collected because of it.

  • Call list at 09:00 and 15:00 Kyiv time
  • Reminders on day 2 and the day before paid storage
  • Effect = difference vs control group ± margin of error

From first contact to a running service

Five steps. At each one, you decide whether to continue.

  1. 1. Free audit

Export about 60 days of shipments from your Nova Poshta business account and keep 4 columns: ship date, status, COD amount and delivery cost. Get your pickup rate and losses in hryvnias within 1 business day.

  2. 2. Offer and data processing agreement

If you ship 300+ COD parcels a month and want a pilot, you accept the public offer and sign a data processing agreement — electronically or on paper.

  3. 3. A separate API key

In your Nova Poshta account you create a key just for Rampo — not the one your CRM uses. We show you how, with screenshots. You can delete the key with one click.

  4. 4. 35-day pilot

21 days of shipments plus 14 days for every parcel to reach an outcome. Managers work the call list; buyers in the reminder group receive reminders.

  5. 5. Report and decision

On day 35 we show the pickup rate in the reminder group and in the control group, the difference and the margin of error. Then: an invoice, a pilot extension, pay-for-results, or an honest stop.

Call list: who is waiting at a branch right now

At 09:00 and 15:00 Kyiv time Rampo requests your shipment statuses via the Nova Poshta API and selects cash-on-delivery or payment-control parcels that have arrived at a branch or parcel locker and haven’t been collected.

The list is sorted by storage start date. Parcels closest to paid storage come first: a parcel is stored free for 5 days at a branch, excluding the delivery day, then storage becomes paid, and a refused parcel is returned to the sender. Managers call buyers from their phones and message them on Viber in one tap. More on the call list page.

  • COD amount and storage day next to every parcel
  • One-tap Viber button
  • Tags: “reached”, “no answer”, “promised to collect”

Automatic parcel reminders on Viber and SMS

On the Auto plan Rampo reminds buyers to collect their parcel. The reminder goes out on day 2 of storage and again 1 day before paid storage begins — only to buyers who haven’t collected yet. If Viber isn’t available, the message automatically falls back to SMS.

The sender is your shop’s name. The shop registers its own SMS sender name and Viber sender with the provider, which usually takes 2–4 weeks. So apply right after the audit: while the pilot runs on the call list, your sender will be getting ready. Details on the reminders page.

  • Day 2 of storage and 1 day before paid storage
  • Only to buyers who haven’t collected yet
  • Templates with shop name, branch and deadline

What happens every day

  • Statuses, twice a day

We ask Nova Poshta only for the shipment list and statuses. We never call any other API method.

  • A fresh call list

Parcels with the status “arrived at branch” or “arrived at parcel locker”, sorted by storage deadline.

  • Scheduled reminders

Only to the reminder group, only to buyers who are still waiting, deduplicated and never more often than the schedule allows.

  • Control group

We don’t remind buyers in the control group. Everything you already do continues for everyone.

  • Numbers in Telegram

For the owner: how many parcels are waiting and their total value. No names, phone numbers or tracking numbers.

  • Automatic clean-up

Call lists are deleted after 2 days, parcel data after 90 days.

How we measure the effect

During the pilot, buyers whose phone number ends in an odd digit form the control group (50/50); after the pilot, only digits 1 and 3 (20%). The same buyer with two orders is always in the same group, and nobody ever moves from the reminder group into control.

We count the pickup rate the same way for both groups: collected parcels count as picked up; refusals and returns to sender count as not picked up; everything else is “undetermined” and is never counted as a loss. Details on the methodology page.

We don’t promise a “guaranteed +X%”. The expected +3.5 pp effect is a hypothesis the pilot tests on your parcels. If there is no effect, you’ll learn it from the numbers, not from us.

Questions about how it works

How often is the call list updated?

Twice a day — at 09:00 and 15:00 Kyiv time. The schedule can be adjusted per shop.

When does a buyer get a parcel reminder?

On day 2 of storage and 1 day before paid storage, if they still haven’t collected the parcel. Those who have collected get nothing.

Do we have to switch off our CRM SMS or manager calls?

No. Everything you do now continues for both groups. We measure the uplift on top of your current practice.

How long does onboarding take?

The audit takes up to 1 business day. The pilot starts after you sign the offer and agreement and create a separate API key. Registering an SMS sender name and Viber sender for automatic reminders takes 2–4 weeks.

Can managers see buyers’ phone numbers?

Yes, in the call list inside the account — otherwise they couldn’t call. Only your shop’s authorised users can open it, and it is kept for 2 days.

Does it work with payment control, not just cash on delivery?

Yes. We work with both cash-on-delivery and payment-control parcels on Nova Poshta.

Look at your own numbers first

A free audit shows your pickup rate and losses in hryvnias. No API key, no personal data, within 1 business day.
