For shops shipping cash on delivery with Nova Poshta
Rampo helps online shops reduce refused and uncollected COD parcels. Twice a day it gives your managers a call list, reminds buyers on Viber with SMS fallback, and honestly measures the uplift against a control group. Start with a free audit — no API key and no access to your account required.
−16,800 UAH/mo
Example calculation: 1,200 COD parcels a month at an 86% pickup rate — the minimum a shop loses on shipping refused parcels alone
Enter your monthly COD volume, pickup rate, average order value and margin. The calculator shows the lower bound of your shipping losses, the margin you miss and the estimated benefit of a higher pickup rate.
You lose at least
−16,800 UAH/mo
on refused deliveries (up to 30,240 грн if returns are paid)
168 refusals a month · Lost margin: 42,840 грн
Could be won back
+14,600 UAH/mo
assuming +3,5 pp pickup (a hypothesis we test in a pilot with a control group)
“Auto” plan cost: 3,840 грн · ≈ 3.8 UAH per 1 UAH paid
“Could win back” assumes a +3.5 percentage-point uplift — a hypothesis we test in a pilot with a control group. It is not a guarantee: only a pilot shows the real uplift for your shop.
We don’t sell “one more SMS”. We sell measured uplift: how many extra parcels were collected because of us, on top of what your shop already does.
Send a shipment export from your Nova Poshta business account with just 4 columns. Get your pickup rate and your monthly loss in hryvnias. No API key, no personal data.
At 09:00 and 15:00 Kyiv time: COD parcels waiting at a branch or parcel locker, sorted by storage start date. One-tap Viber button and call outcome tags.
Sent automatically on day 2 of storage and 1 day before paid storage begins — only to buyers who haven’t collected yet. In your shop’s name.
Where serial refusers come from: by product, region and ad source, using UTM tags from KeyCRM, SalesDrive or Horoshop. Currently in development.
From the first audit to the “pay or not” decision — with no risk to the shop.
Export about 60 days of shipments, keep 4 columns and upload the file. We count parcels sent 20–60 days ago and show your pickup rate and losses in hryvnias.
If the number hurts and you ship 300+ COD parcels a month, you accept the public offer and sign a data processing agreement. Only then do you create a separate API key.
21 days of shipments plus 14 days for every parcel to reach an outcome. Half of the buyers form a control group that receives no reminders from us.
We show the pickup rate in each group, the difference and the margin of error. Effect confirmed — we invoice; not enough data — we continue for free; no effect — we stop, honestly.
Twice a day Rampo checks the status of your shipments and collects the COD parcels that have arrived at a branch or parcel locker. The list is sorted by storage start date, so the parcels closest to paid storage and return come first.
A manager opens the list on their phone, taps the Viber button and messages the buyer in one tap. After the conversation they tag the outcome, so nobody calls the same buyer twice. Read more on the call list page.
Most CRMs send one SMS when the parcel arrives. Rampo reminds differently: on day 2 of storage and 1 day before paid storage — and only to buyers who haven’t collected yet. Those who already picked up their parcel get nothing extra.
The message goes out on Viber in your shop’s name and automatically falls back to SMS if Viber isn’t available. The shop registers its own SMS sender name and Viber sender, which takes 2–4 weeks, so we recommend applying right away. Details on the Viber and SMS reminders page.
How do you know reminders really raise the pickup rate, and it isn’t just the season? During the pilot, buyers whose phone number ends in an odd digit go into a control group: we don’t remind them. Everything you do today — your own SMS, your managers’ calls — continues for both groups.
Both groups were shipped on the same days with the same advertising, so the difference in pickup rate between them is our effect. We show it with its margin of error and draw conclusions only when there are enough parcels. See how it works on the methodology page.
We don’t switch off your CRM SMS — it keeps running for both groups. We add what a CRM doesn’t have.

Nova Poshta works today. CRM integrations for refusal analytics are in development.
A separate API key, only two read methods: shipment list and statuses.
Products and order UTM tags for refusal analytics.
Order sources and products to find where refusers come from.
For Horoshop stores that ship cash on delivery.
Daily numbers for the owner: how many parcels are waiting and their total value. No personal data.
A Nova Poshta API key has no read-only mode, so we handle it with care. The audit needs no key at all. The pilot needs one only after you accept the offer and sign a data processing agreement — and only a separate key that you can delete with one click.
Data is stored on Hetzner servers in the EU (Germany or Finland), unaffected by power outages in Ukraine. Read more on the data security page.
Start with numbers: calculate your pickup rate and shipping losses. Then send timely reminders to buyers who haven’t collected and call them by storage deadline. A control group shows whether it really works for your shop.
We don’t switch your SMS off — it continues for both groups. We measure the uplift on top of it and remind by storage deadline only those who haven’t collected. If there is no uplift, pay-for-results costs you nothing.
The Nova Poshta notice arrives once and not in your shop’s name. A reminder from your shop on day 2 and the day before paid storage is different. Whether it works for you is shown by the control group, not by our words.
For shops that send 300+ cash-on-delivery or payment-control parcels a month via Nova Poshta. The free audit is open to everyone.
Not for the audit. For the pilot — only after the offer and agreement: a separate key, two read methods, stored encrypted, deletable with one click. See security.
The pilot is free. Then 2 UAH (List) or 4 UAH (Auto) per parcel outside the control group, minimum 990 UAH a month. Or pay only for extra collected parcels. See pricing.
No. No honest service can. We test the effect in a pilot with a control group and report it with a margin of error. If there is no effect, we stop — no invoice.
Telegram receives only numbers — parcel count and total value. Call lists are kept 2 days, parcel data 90 days. Servers are in the EU.
A free audit from a 4-column export: no API key, no names or phone numbers. Report within 1 business day. We’re inviting the first shops to the pilot.
